This motley crew of mercenaries and corsairs hails from the southern coastlands of Naggaroth. Brought together to compete in the OFL by the team captain Arath Darkblade and his two lieutenants, Bashraq Mistblood and Zyrach Blackwound. Rumors have it that the Dark Bay Pirates are funded by riches acquired through actual acts of piracy. Captain Darkblade himself has on several occasions even been accused of leading vicious attacks on Ulthuan ships. These accusations are all denied strongly by everybody connected to the team. The Dark Bay Pirates is a respectable and serious Blood Bowl team, come to win glory and trophies, something their admittance into the OFL surely establishes. |
