| Many said Quinto was a rather ambitious wizard. Even more said that he was a rather obnoxious wizard. He began as a humble apprentice but soon fought, stole and fumbled his way into infamy in the north. This is the tale of his rise to infamy. In the beginning there existed a remarkably unremarkable group of adventures, Quinto the Wizard, Ansalon the Warrior, Gromli the Dwarf and Kylle the Elf. The group travelled the north, accomplishing such heroic tasks as chopping down trees to pay for silver plated polearms, in case a vampire should ever arise. This adventure really began when Ansalon came across an exceptionally shiny sword. While it was no better than his own sword, except perhaps a bit shinier, Quinto became enraptured with thoughts of owning the sword. Thoughts soon became schemes, and with the help of Gromli the Dwarf a plan to seize the sword was hatched. Ansalon, getting wind of said plans, acted first. He had long grew tired of his present company and was perhaps even more ambitious than his brother. He had long dreamed of leading an army, and did not care if the army was of good or evil design. He convinced the Elf, soon after the Dark Elf, to join him and fight against the wizard and dwarf. Battle soon erupted, and was only ended when both side courageously decided to flee at precisely the exact same moment. Thus was born a bitter rivalry that would not soon end. |
