Yeah, it's not much of a theme - 'classic' old cars with a turn of speed. Some were more famous for going in straight lines than around bends, as evidenced by the sheer amount of hedges and stone walls with a hole in them. Yeah I'm talking understeer, yeah I'm talking to you Mk2 Astra 16v, you know it. Anyway, if the team survives I'll dig out some pictures of cars I lusted after in my youth. Of course, the rose tinted specs would mask the fact that today few of these cars would go round corners that great. most would be outbraked by your average fiesta and a reasonable turbo diesel would blow them into the weeds, not to mention leaving any of these cars out in the rain would have them dissolving in a short space of time. Quite what any of that has to do with bloodbowl I don't really know... REMINDER TO SELF BLACK ORC BLOCKER BLITZER NOT BLOODY REROLLS YOU IDIOT! FFS had enough cash but for 10k to sort the team out, got another rr. What a plonker. At 5 games this team is perhaps the best start I ever made to a new team, approaching the level where I won't want to play them cause I want to preserve their pristine winningness against my unerring ability to turn good teams into dead ones. Games Played: 6 (6/0/0) | TD Diff: 19 (19 - 0) |Cas Diff: 9 (6/3/8 - 5/2/1) Not the win thing, but TDs conceded. I decided to play them like Elves and something weird has happened so far. Absolutely bizarre. Whilst all my other teams are luckless this one seems to get it all. There we go. Kiss of death. 3 game losing run and eventual retirement beckons! Ok, after the 5th game - honestly - the 6th was carnage. I feel for my opponent - things were going ok then they just crumpled :S One sided and embarrassing :( |
