<font color=blue>I played a lot in 145 club 2006-2007 and it helped me become a better player. Like lots of others I struggled in my early ranked games. The 145 club gave me the time to get to grips with how the game worked against players of a similar standard. I eventualy won a few tournaments (table below shows these) gained confidence and became a better coach. <!--
-->I have seen so many people give up because they lost games in ranked that I can't recomend this group too highly. If you are a sub 150 coach or have a low win record or are just new do give it a try. It is still a competitive group but you won't get picked on by much more expirenced people (except me of course!) and you just might win a cup or trophy that will do wonders for your confidence. <!--
