In 1414 IC, the former province of Drakwald was divided between Nordland and Middenland having been overrun by men tainted by chaos and turned into beasts. Nordland has since had to deal with the threat of chaos from the east and the constant raiders from the sea in the west. With rumours of chaotic worship and religious differences separating the political elite, the province has never managed to put forward a team to represent the largest university out of Salzenmund. It comes as a surprise that the relatively small and independent Nordrak College has found some powerful backers to supply the funding to join the CBBA. The University itself is shrouded in mystery, with the greater Empire knowing very little about its workings. It is rumoured that they teach chaotic rituals at the school itself (although they do teach Wilhelm Wolfspeare, which is awfully similar).
