[X2] Chaos
| A former warband bound together by blood oathes, Clan Bloodspit hope to gain riches and followers proving themselves on the Bloodbowl pitches of the Old World. After a miserable first season , Bloodspit have entered the <a href=http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=group&op=view&group=1433>UMT V</a> this time hoping to go all the way to the top. First Round : A tough match vs Dwarves in front of a large crowd, both teams played a solid game and walked away happily with a draw. Second Round : Bloodspit recieved a bye as their opponents failed to show. See the fear we cause!!! Third Round : Had to play some halfings, didn't expect quite as tough a match. To start off with 2 players died within the first couple of turns to evil halfing boots, including Xag a fan favourite Chaos Warrior, but we did manage a touchdown . In the second half the better armour started to show and bloodspit were able to hang on for a 1-0 victory. Fourth Round : A true battle of a match as Bloodspit drew with Pain State, an orc team 2-2. Afterwards, Dirtshroud learned to tackle for the Elf team we must face in the next round, if we can win it we progress to the next stage in tournament if not they do. Fifth Round : And so it was the elf team Footsie Ballers we had to face, they won the toss and we recieved. A cage was quickly formed and it slowly grinded up the pitch wheeling around the elf line. The score came in turn eight from rookie chaos warrior Brokensoul. In the second half the reduced numbers of the elves were unable to overcome our defences. After the ball came loose a linked play worked between Eyeball, Dagon and finally Zagg for the second score. Our Victory means Bloodspit finish top of our group and progress into playoffs. |
