S2 of PEBBL

Finished second for NL Season 1: Skaddak said "weee eventually finized second. Thiz iz a good rezult for uz since we came iiiin wiz a not so good team". NL season 3: a better regular season than previously with a 2/0/1 result. "We had a good season overall and we could have won the challenge but we got forfeited once vs the Past it Player when they didn't play any game more after. We hate the organizer (ps. It's myself). We reached the playoff but the belgian Cityhoppers coached by Smess hit us badly." So ended the story in the minor leagues and we entered in the great story of the Raises from Ashes. We decided, since the Altdorf Classical KO Cup was over, to enter in the Kournos Crown. Our quick playing style will give us the chance to show how good we are. We serve the Horned Rat. If we can we will infect the land of the elves! And we did it. With 2 wins (one per forfeit) and a draw, we ended first, won the group and reached the playoffs. Great achievement. The team starts to get going. During the playoffs we played RatBurger coached by Bob Hobgobelin. We started by playing bad loosing 1-0 despite of a blitz and we burned 3 rerolls in something like 4 turns. We managed to draw whit luck. We played better in half 2, leading 2-1. Whith some luck, the Ratburgers drawed just before end of regulation. In overtime, with both at 0 rerolls we got the kick and played a running game to get the 3-2 and beeing sure we wouldn't loose (at worse a draw). And it happened. 3-3 at the end and a toss for them. So we were eliminated. Anyway, two new serious injurys would have killed us for a final so we did not care that much. Coach sk8bcn decided to clean up the team, waiving 4 players in the team leaving them at 11. He said: "My team lacks of skilled players. I am fed up with those guys, skyrocketing the salarys and blocking us to get talents in there. Okay, playing at 11 rats is tough but I prefer a few difficult games for a good future than always beeing limited by their skills." That system proved to be an effective one. The massive waived players gave much more room in the salary cap and the team entered into the Lustria tournament. They played their way through the diffrent rounds and reached the playoffs at the third position, what is a good achievement for the team. We couldn't though, reach the final. Bretonian Warm up 1: First round elimination. Nothing to add. KKWC: It was a killer. The team is TR182/str 138. I have no clue how to build them back. Of course the tournament dindn't go fine and we barely avoided last place. And now? The future? Norsca Leagues: Finally the result wasn't so horrible as we did expect it: 1/2/2 and 5 points. We even made a 5-2 win. However the team isn't going strong and relies way too much on their 1-turners.
