| A while ago, the peaceful town of Habberdale was attacked by orcs. Despite launching a staunch defense, the humans were overwhelmed and forced to flee. Only a few survived the battle. They banded together, looking for a way to earn a living after being displaced, and saw that Blood Bowl was a good way to make money and to vent their anger. So they formed a team and now tour the countryside playing matches, but also keeping a wary eye for those orcs so that they may exact vengance... For their first game, they, fittingly, played orcs. They exacted vengence by winning 1 - 0. They earned enough money to add an apothecary to the team, who had also escaped during the fight. The second game was a mess. The opposing Norsemen had injured six players on the team, and thus beat our heroes, 2 - 1. There was a sad moment in this game when Neal Gerhoff was killed and the new inexperienced apothecary failed. May his name be held up in honor. The team, and it's fans, sunk into low spirits, however, as a result. They played Chaos Dwarves in the third match. The crowd obviously liked the Warriors that day as they threw in the ball in the right place for the team to score the lone touchdown, winning 1 - 0. The spirit of the fans increased as well, and the team earned enough money to buy a new thrower. |
