(Inspired by the Magic: the Gathering card of the same name)

Hans was a curious child, always getting his nose into trouble. Luckily, he had a knack for running, and some brawny friends to bail him out if he couldn't run fast enough.

When he heard the league commissioner was accepting applicants for a Blood Bowl team, he became very excited. Finally, a way to put his running skills to use when he expected to do so! His friends, though not as enthused as he, agreed to join for various reasons, and their team did well enough in scrimmages that the league has accepted them as an official franchise.
