bENCh-------------------------------pRESs  (B) SnotlingSadly some commentators of the game have failed to realise that the Bench Press is a snotling team and have mistakenly identified them as an ogre team - despite the snotling players outnumbering the ogres by more than 6-1. After perpetual failure the team was dropping in popularity among its supporters. To keep the fans interested and returning to the stadium to watch what would surely be another flogging, they masterminded the idea of the team having its very own band perform with various other local acts at their matches. Roses & Carrots are the official band for the team, led by controversial frontman Rotten Ankh Wooglan. Performing their own tasteless blend of punk, grunge & sludge music at most home games of the Bench Press. "Bathless Life" and "It's So Queezy" being a couple of the band's more popular numbers. It has been rumoured within underground circles of magic that the captain Hock Rudson has been put under a 3,000 year curse by a very powerful spectral entity. After registering for the first time to a major they were declined entry to the Wheel of Chaos III Khorne Qualifiers. - Participated in the 2nd ever round of the Black Box Brawl. - Gained admission to the Black Cup IV drawing a full strength dwarven team in the 1st round.
