The Sentinels were the brainchild of Shirava, one of the most famous Dark elf witches. After her glorious career came to an end Shirava worked the circuits as an analyst and commentator, but soon found herself missing the excitement of taking part. Reluctant to go back on her retinal, she instead opted to fund the creation of the Slaanesh Sentinels.

Taking after their proprietor, the Sentinels are a hard hitting team for elves, and one that try to at least cause as much damage as they take from teams. The witch elves, fittingly, lead the way on casualties and this has been attributed to the private practise they get with Shirava every week.
