The MEW, Mini-Estrellas Wrestling, was a Halfling wrestling championship. They travelled around the world putting on spectacular displays of bravery and skill, all for the aim of becoming the MEW Champion!

However the MEW was thrown into disarray after allegations of performance enhancing potions after The Great Bamboozle appeared to gain an extra half his weight in muscle overnight. The MEW was disbanded, leaving the wrestlers looking for their next venture.

As luck would have it, a combination of Wrestling and Blood Bowl was advertised around the town. A "Rookie Royal Rumble"! The Halflings were overjoyed, signing up immediately.

When they arrived for their first game, they were surprised to find that it had nothing to do with wrestling at all. Gone was the ring and ropes, in was the grassy pitch and ball. The Halflings relished the chance, using their Wrestling skills to run out winners in their debut game over a tough Goblin team!

The MEW Title



The team have kept on the MEW Title Belt as a nod to their heritage. The Halfling with the mosts Star Player Points is given the title, with players earning it on the field instead of in the squared circle.
