who make me realizing we have to encourage developers to update matchmaking algorithm to include rookie-team protection in Box
Proposal: for rookie team with 0-3 games game paired not only by TV<= 1000 but also with max game played = 6
This will reduce for sure some games but will enhance fair scheduling.

P.S) same rookie protection exist today for team who played games below 15 games: they cannot be associated to teams with similar TV but games played greater than 15. This is correct and fair as there are many min-max team with 3-4 crazy players in the Box till redraft will be not implemented.

Note that redraft will not solve the problem of min TV team
