Honeyed words from the Elven barkeep, directed into the ears of Blood Bowl legends Waagh and Bozworth, had also worked their magic on the Colonel.

Americol was set to introduce a new style of play, the New World Blood Bowl League.

Springbok Badlands produce the finest Blood Bowl players, and the Colonel was determined to form a team to terrorise the NWBL with their specific style of play: the Blitzkrieg.

This tactic is calculated to create psychological shock and resultant disorganization in enemy forces through the employment of surprise, speed, and superiority in matériel or firepower.

Thus, the Badlands Blitzkrieg were formed.
