| One day a group of elves were playing pine cone tag in the forest (catch the guy with the pine cone) when they heard a loud noise nearby, sounding almost like a cheer. They went to investigate and found a large oval structure at the edge of their forest. Being curious and stealthy as elves are known to be, they snuck inside the big oval structure and were amazed as it looked like two groups of people playing pine cone tag, only their pine cone looked more like a ball and they were taking turns instead of playing continuously. The elves thought to themselves that they must be in very poor condition to need so many breaks during the game, and decided that they should learn the game so they could easily win by just running around them and tiring them out. These elves were a bit overconfident, finding out that they needed strategy and practice by trial, error, brutality, and in rare cases violent death. Now they return, ready to avenge the deaths of their brothers, to soothe the egos of the fallen, and to prove the superiority of the elves of the forest over other races through sporting conquest. |
