| Sparhawk, Queen's Champion and member of the Pandion Knights, returns to his homeland after an extended sojourn to find much altered. His queen has fallen ill and is now encased behind an indestructible diamond wall; polictics is threatening to throw the kindgom into disarray; and Azash, ancient god of evil, is raising an army in his latest attempt at conquering the world. What's a knight to do? What he has to, of course!
