And in <b>The Book</b> there could be read:

...and the elves ascended from the higher plane, shedding their wings as a sacrifice for being able to walk the earth. And the elves raised their heads and lamented their situation to the powers of the higher plane:

And the enlightened beings of higher plane answered and the elves realized their mistake. The following day they again approached the masses and spoke their lenghty difficult words with their sweet melodius voices. This time the masses listened in awe since the elves backed up their words with <b>lots and lots of weapons!</b>
