Events of note: The Second half kicked off, and Chaos pushed hard, but were down a few players. The balls stayed out of play for a long while, resting in the chaos backfield. A test of strength took place at the centre of the field. Turn after turn of brutal blocking ensued. As the fists flew, the orcs managed to break the Chaos side down. The defence weakened, and the green tide managed to snatch the ball, hold the Beasts and warriors at bay, and get a final-turn touchdown. A great match, very exciting and despite some really dumb decisions on my part in the first half, there were some daring, fun plays. Too bad my shockingly fickle fans abandoned me...my FF <i>decreased</i> after the match! A loss to Khemri. I just couldn't over power them! Two wins in a row! First, a great game, a tense standoff against Nurgle's rotters. In the end, I won out to get a 2-0 victory! Hurrah! Then a 2-0er against Chaos. SI got some good hurtin' in early, which saw my guys outnumber and overpower the spikey-boyz. By turn two, it was all over, and the Choas couldn't retreat or hold onto the ball. 2-0 to me again! Really slick. Played against chaos. Even though he misclicked and gave me a free turn, and kicked off at the start, I lost. Not just any loss, but 2-0. I'm an idiot. I played like a friggin moron, and the last four games I've played have been draws or heavy losses. |
