<b><u>Rules Summary</u></b>
<B><i>Minimum Requirements:</i></b> At <u>least</u> 12 players, an apothecary and 2 rerolls.
<b>1.</b> Niggled players <u>must</u> be retired, <u>unless</u> they have at least 2 stat increases.
<b>2.</b> Players with a stat decrease in their Direct Impact stat <u>must</u> be retired.
<b>3.</b> All exceptional abilities (stat increases or doubles) <u>must</u> be taken.
On a (5,5) or (6,6) they may either take the stat increase or the double.
<b>4.</b> <i>When the minimum requirements are met</i>, emerging stars or above who have
no exceptional abilities <u>must</u> be retired.
<b>5.</b> <i>When the minimum requirements are met</i>, any player with more stat decreases
<i>(other than to their Direct Impact stat, see above)</i> than exceptional abilities
<u>must</u> be retired.
