Background A zoonosis is an infectious disease that is transmitted between species (sometimes by a vector) from animals other than humans to humans or from humans to other animals (the latter is sometimes called reverse zoonosis or anthroponosis). In direct zoonosis the agent needs only one host for completion of its life cycle, without a significant change during transmission. Timeline: 11/04/13 - Zoonosis round out a glorious first season with a third victory and smugly lift the League of Men Championship for the first time before swanning off for an extended break (with lots of ratty hookers and ratty blackjack...). They plan to return for season 3 and just roll over everyone again. Smug little rats. 01/07/15 - Oh... After an extended break, and possibly too much Rat Crack, Zoonosis come down to earth with a crash and a fair share of death. A 3-1 trashing by resident Nurgle also-rans Contaminated Foodchain leaves 2 Gutter Runners dead, and a third retired after losing half of the strength in his tiny rat frame, and the Foodchain in with a very good chance of shaking off their reputation and storming the league. The future looks bleak for Zoonosis... in fact, the future looks pretty much non-existent. 28/07/15 - Could there be life left in these rats yet? They rebound from their decimation by Contaminated Foodchain, with help from Hakflem Skuttlespike (1 TD and 1 assist), to defeat I'll Askew Your View 2-1.
