Walking Blood Bowl was founded by Ifor and Barin over a tankard or ten of ale after an gruelling training session. They both agreed that this bloodbowl lark had become much too serious what with all this training to improve fitness and tactics.

Barin was grumbling bitterly over how much running was happening now when in the old days the young un's did as they where they told and stood still to be hit. Ifor agreed that now this dodging and running the team is becoming much to elvish.

With the night drawing to a close they agreed that they would break away and set up their own team founded on good solid traditional principles of advancing slowly with the ball to the end zone and hitting anyone who got in the way.

All members will follow the following skill progression with the exception of the dedicated ball handlers:

Normal Rolls: Guard, Mighty Blow, Stand Firm or Piling On
Double Rolls: Jump Up, Diving Tackle
Stats: +ST, +AG (+AG players switch to ball handling path)

Ball handlers will take the following:

Normal Rolls: Sure Hands, Kick Off Return, Guard or Fend
Double Rolls: Jump Up, Diving Tackle
Stats: +ST, +AG
