Tonight Dulsula Hardelf reached Legend status, bringing the total over my fumbbl career to 1 (one). This took a concentrated effort, which in my bloodbowl playing speed means six months or so. Frankly I was hoping she'd roll doubles for MB so I could go up against some bashier teams without expecting to be five men down half the game, but she rolled AG instead. Not complaining.

Maybe Lesonil will roll MB someday. He seems cut out for smashing faces.

This also brings to a close the original Hardelfheim Harlequins experiment, to see if a no-catcher layout would allow the team to easily stay below ~1400ish TV where, I think, you see more elves and other fun squishy teams these days. In spite of the win-lose ratio, I am positive they are no match for a well built dark elf team in the running game. Especially one that hasn't accumulated almost 10% of their TV in fan factor.

I'm not sure where to go from here. At least one catcher would definitely come in very handy as a sweeper and for one/two turn touchdowns, but that would rather be bertaying the premise of the team. I'll see. Maybe I'll leave them resting for a bit and see where Steilfais takes me. Though I wouldn't mind playing something sturdy for a change.

All that said, I've had a lot of fun and I'd like to thank all the coaches I played (primarily with this team but why not across the board) and the FUMBBL staff for making it all possible.
