The depraved experiments of crazed, evil Lucien Vaspan have so far produced some rather surprising results, most notably a Rotter infected with Poliomyelitis (in its second and Mutated state), this fine specimen has developed a knack for ball play that raises the pitiful creature above the norm and places him on the list of his peers (20th), but Lucien has not tested his lab subjects to all possible opponents; alas he lacks the field test against High Elves.
