Need some help
Yesterday i was speccing some games. Everything worked fine. Then i have watched some very old replay (previous client). Then i tried to specc some more but couldnt. Was getting this: 
popup. Same while trying to start game. I use windows (7) barrier and avast! for my security. Tried swiching off both and got same popup. Neither did update between my succesful speccing and failed one. Also both are in polish while popup is in english. Anyone got idea what is wrong and how to fix it?
Disclaimer: I'em not at home at so cant try this ideas atm. Want to try then in the evening.

I had this last night, updated java to version 25 and it started working fine.

It's to do with the security settings, particularly if you have an outdated version of java. If you can't update or don't want to straight away (for any bizarre reason), you can change the security settings to medium instead of high. This will then cease to auto-block applications like you see here (it will instead ask you whether you want to run application, yadda yadda).
However, I'd like to stress this is suboptimal and obviously not a good solution in the long run. Just throwing it out there in case there's a reason in the future you need to use a java application super urgently (though updating hardly takes any extra time).
