I know how hard it can be to lose a great player, if not a legend.
But, why not hire a new tree, and start a new legend?

The team is pretty much otherwise trashed. I was rebuilding it again around Ulmus Alata and a very good wardancer. I preserved and rebuilt the team because of Ulmus Alata.
Right now, I have 1 very good Dancer, a 9spp thrower, and a few lineman. (The catcher is -ST -AV. Cannot even afford a new tree at the moment and would have to play in that state until I could.
Besides, wouldn't even know what to call it. All my treemen were trees found in Louisiana . .. and I won't be in Louisiana anymore.

Logically, I never should have entered them in E.L.F., but they were my best team, and the code is supposed to be "play to win."
So I did. I entered my best team in E.L.F. every season, when, logically, I should have only played them against elves and skaven. . .perhaps not even skaven.

Don't know, I don't keep track of kill stats separately. I just would have preferred that if he was going to go down, it would have been in a meaningful way, not a turn 18 shot when the game was already decided.

Bear in mind you have been very lucky to have a good player last so long. Always annoying when there things happening but would have been more so if he had died just before legending. It was a long stint. You could have just played v skaven and elves but not much point in that in the long term.
