I think this is mainly an issue with the higher TV teams. I tend to play a wide variety of teams instead of focusing on one team and as such have very few teams at a high TV.

Because of this I have seen very few CPOMB teams as well.

As an aside I so think that CPOMB may cause a shift in the box to a wider variety of teams (play AV 7 for a change, it negates claw!) and more use of fend. Neither of which are a bad thing in my book.

no, there was a 130-140 TV range where some min maxed clawbombers worked for a few week,s but they seem to have got bored of that.

congrats, you're lucky enough to skate through the minmax range and only catch fresh teams to the range.....not the ones that have already played 20 matches sub 1500....

Your 2 main [B] teams are Chaos and Nurgle, the scheduler avoids mirror matches......

If you consider teams with more than 2 clawbombs, they are quite rare. If you consider bashy teams (E.L.F. category A and B), about 80% of my games in the box above TV 1600 are against bashy teams.

The box lacks diversity.

My Nurglz only have 2 clawpombs at 2240 TV and my BBR is 183.21. Yes clawpomb is very exaggerated, I have yet to play a team with 3 clawpomb I believe.

Maybe this mirror match rule needs to go. It probably doesn't help if the best way to avoid being killed by a C-POMB team is to start a C-POMB team.

The ultrabash coaches should be relishing a game vs other ultrabashers. ;)
I would be surprised if wood elf coaches would complain too much a about the occasional mirror match.

I've face two C-POMN teams. One that I could beat the crap out of since he was an awful coach and one against RandomOracle.

The RO game was a lot of fun but I was a 4+ roll away from getting massacred (mummy regenerated after getting POMBED in the first turn)) but my two mummies where sufficient to keep his C-POMBs in check after I had fouled one off the pitch.
