Superstar wardancer, Hurt IV, today became my first ever player to achieve a Larson. After a routine score and casualty inflicted in the first half, he leaped to snap a gutter runner pass out of the air on Turn 4 of the second half. Interception! He immediately passed the ball forward to the team's leading scorer, speedy catcher Whipping Boy, who jogged in for an easy touchdown.

I'm not sure what game the voters were watching, but they awarded the mvp to a loner who threw a single puny block all game, robbing Hurt IV of a Perfect Larson.

Two remarkable notes: Hurt IV had his jaw broken in the second to last turn of the game and will have to sit the next one out. Though there is speculation that the coach fabricated the injury story as a cover to a well deserved rest. Second, Hurt IV's 8 spp was actually second for the Blue Masochists in the match, falling just 1 point shy of Whipping Boy's 9 points, the result of three touchdowns.
