Start by playing teams within 10 TS (either way).
You really cannot afford to give up 38 TS (Team Strength) to Dwarves with a rookie Skaven side.

Of the three matches, one was a huge mismatch in your opponent's favour (the aforementioned dorf/skaven 'match'), and the other two were against experienced, skilled coaches.
Playing better coaches will help you improve quickly, but won't do much for your winning record at the start! Keep at it dude, and welcome to Fumbbl :)

What you are experience is called picking. You are new and other coaches pick on you.
Just keep on playing and you will get better.

Welcome to Fumbbl!
Glad to hear you are enjoying your matches. That is way more important than your win-loss ratio. I agree with the others that you have to consider which matches to accept a bit better. Keep it within reasonable TS differences and try to learn from better coaches. You will get a lot better soner than you might imagine...
Hope you will enjoy your stay here!
