FUMBBL :: Online Blood Bowl League

The inner geek in me likes looking at stats so I figured Id grab the teams in BB7s (only about 250!) and plugged them into OpenOffice and did some basic calculations, took me a total of 30 mins to work it all out

Nice stat summary.

With the "small" sampling though, I wonder if a few good/bad coaches skew a few races to one extreme.

Maysrill's comment was the first thing that came to mind here. As a coach who plays a lot of 7s myself I know that the better coaches within the 7s players tend to shy away from some races and play well with races that are otherwise not so great so I don't necessarily agree with the figures here.

Also, the 7s division was given a kickstart late last year after a period of inactivity so I wonder what the more recent stats are compared to the older ones?

It is worth a comment.

I know for example that I am responsible for only 3 Wood Elf losses (as a Wood Elf Coach), but that I won 14 times.

Possibly a tad unrepresentative.

Still, thanks to Snakes for his hard work. I vote that we start handicapping 'zons and Chaos Dwarves in the leagues :D

Yep...For example, my Invaders are responsible for over 100 of the 300 lizzie games played total, and my Speedbumps for 80 of the 260 skaven games...so I'm going to be pretty heavily skewing the figures.

Those stats mostly agree with my own experiences playing against the teams...except ofc, Zons have too small a sample size (I'd put them somewhere closer to Norse).
