Resurrection Blood Bowl
Way, way back many centuaries ago during the start of 3rd Edition - I started playing blood bowl. My Human team had 4 Morg'n'Thorg and an Ag4 Catcher with Right Stuff.
And for years afterwards Progression Blood Bowl was what I played. I considered myself "not a tournament player".
But in more recent years I've started to fall more and more in love with Resurrection or NAF style Blood Bowl.
I love the simplicity of the rosters, the tactical challenges of the low skill environment and the fact that everything comes back for the next game.
I also love tournaments. I've played IRL, on Fumbbl and on (shhh) BB2.
The opportunities to practice resurrection play (outside of tournaments) can be limited. So I've set up and run various leagues to help people practice without risking their NAF rankings.
Now I'm launching my biggest project yet - with help from Danish Blood Bowl superstar Tripleskull.
The Super League is open to all. Season Zero will be 6 game Swiss. From Season One we will use promotion and relegation.
It starts in two weeks. If you want in, follow the link, find out more and submit a team.

Let's see how we get on. Initially we are trying to keep it as simple as possible. If we find that only a few teams are being taken - then we can flex the rules in later seasons to keep it interesting.
The league ranking is based on the coach not the team. So you can change rosters/ races between each season without losing position.
The whole format gives so much flexibility.

i love that you are making tournaments and leagues, but i hate resurrection, and i hate low tv... i don't know how to vote!

I would love to be involved in this, but i fear the lack of tiering will make this quite dull.
I predict a LOAD of Dark Elves and Lizzards, with quite a few undead.

Not going to lie PC - in an effort to keep it simple, it might end up a bit skewed in Season Zero. If it does then obvs we'll adapt for future seasons.
What we are really missing at the moment is a Dwarf team! Know anyone that's any good with them
