This blog post is in tribute to the great (good...okay)
Puddy Fendle-Bower.
The former captain of
Breaking Fast, Puddy Fendle-Bower played 51 games.
He stood bravely on the line, he stuck in the odd boot, he got injured for the cause, tried the occasional block, and he touched the ball 3 or so times (in his whole career), rushing a total of 19 yards.
What Puddy lacked in skills, he made up for with heart and a willingness to get in the way.
Puddy gained his fist ever SPP in his 47th match against
Balance of Guthix. His interception will be the stuff of legend for many years to come. The pressure of the SPP must've been too great for him however, as he only carried them for 4 more games where he met his
untimely end.
We will miss you Puddy Fendle-Bower. You are almost irreplaceable. Sort of irreplaceable. A little replaceable. As I said..... we will miss you.
So a toast! Puddy Fendle-Bower. May the food up top fill your belly, and furry footed women meet all your halfling needs.
