We would like at least 1 extra body in the EU timezone. I will add your name to the list and get back to you.

I might be able to help, but I would like to know more of what is expected before I commit to this.

The main roles are…
1. Find or make a ruleset. Build the tournament page and the ruleset. Advertise the event.
2. Check the teams that are applied, make sure they are correct and message coaches to make changes to illegal rosters. This is likely the most time consuming part of the role. More admins here would really speed this up.
3. Start the event. Support coaches in making their games. Grant forfeits at the end of the rounds.
The first part takes the most tech knowledge, but is mainly copy and pasting. It does not take a huge amount of time
The second part is the most time consuming, it normally takes an estimated 5 hours a week for the 2 weeks before the event.
The third part takes the most people skills. It is likely less than 2 hours a week.
So overall, time wise it it not too consuming. Stimme and myself communicate well between us if one is busier than the other. We fit the tournaments around big events so we don’t clash our busy times with events like the World Cup. My aim is likely to have two more admins to build and manage events and maybe another to just support with checking rosters.

I think I can do much of that, especially if I am not being thrown to the wolves. I have run in person NAF events, and long, long ago ran fumbbl leagues.
I have personally had trouble setting up custom rulesets, so learning how to do that and teaching others once I do would probably benefit many.

Is this a good time to say thank you to neilwat and stimme for running the naf tourneys? they are absolutely excellent additions to fumbbl.

I second datom's notion, great to have NAF events on FUMBBL; and a really nice tone set by neilwat and stimme.
I've taken a step back from FUMBBL last few months as I have full time employment for first time in 11 years eek! Popped back for FUMBBL Cup
