Once upon a time there was a Blood Bowl league famous the land over for its ferociousness. It was here in this Southern Waste Land that the greatest legends of the game came to make their mark...sometimes with heroic deeds...more often with gut splattered ends that were hard to wash off.
On the field there was no quarter given unless it had "Drawn and..." in front of it.
This beautifully horrible sport gave rise to the toughest of men and women, brought together through fate, hope and a need to borrow bandages.
But as the seasons progressed a small but furry curse was born.
You see...some of these famously hard folk started to doubt their Armour Value. It always started quietly...a tiny little thought that betrayed their grim determination. But as these thoughts compounded a wave of energy flowed across the lands and brought to life a "friend". That little helper that could maybe end the doubt and make it all feel better. Now there walked amongst them the "CuddleBunny"! Slowly sapping their strength with tiny little hugs that seemed friendly at the time...but left them weaker for his arrival. And CuddleBunny was the most tricky of sorts!
A coach standing in the tunnel after a crazy close loss might say aloud, "Nuffle cursed my GFI rolls!" and suddenly there was the CuddleBunny giving a little hug and whispering "You are right Coach, Nuffle is actually a broken RNG...there there."
A favourite player finds himself Aging, "Not FAIR" wails the Coach..."Now now my sweety, CuddleBunny make it all better."
"The Draw is TOO hard!" "Let me brush away that tear honey, CuddleBunny knows you have been rorted."
"This game is NO fun!" "Hush pookie, it never WAS fun to begin with. Give CuddleBunny a squeeze and make it all go away."

And thus it was that soon CuddleBunny was everywhere...like a MV10 Gutter Runner with Extra Heads. Some will seek to destroy the curse from outside...but as it always is with the most insidious of curses...the cursed player must make it go away himself.
Like a Vampire, you must NEVER invite the CuddleBunny inside! When he appears on your doorstep you must shoo him away instantly! Some folk remedies that have been suggested are to line up all your dice on 1's and dance happily about them. More extreme methods are to play UP +30TR and LAUGH OUTLOUD at every death! Some have even made the most extreme sacrifice of retiring their BEST PLAYERS EVER to stave off the CuddleBunny!
There are many ways to fight him off...but they require a ferocity of spirit that is seemingly harder to attain these days.

Be VIGILANT friends...do not doubt the CuddleBunny is amongst us...but he CAN be overcome!
