So, Louis Riel suffered a -ag. With a Pro Elf catcher worth 200TV, the normal course of action is auto-retire. However, since he's a ball-hawk with range I'm thinking he might still be able to play a role as a defender and screener...

If he didn't have Leap, I'd say keep him until you train his replacement. But you should probably fire him now before he steals more SPPs.
