“One thing about the undead, they are prompt. For the first time in the tourney, the Meat Pies weren't kept waiting for the scheduled start of their match. However, that seemed to have no bearing on the start of the game as the Wood Snaps got off to a quick score.

Somehow, this seems to motivate the Meat Pies. They finished the first half with a long sustained drive that resulted in a score and a tie game. And while the teams huddled to strategize for the second half a fog began to arise and the crowd knew something evil was coming.

The second half was the Meat Pie show. The drove down the field for almost the entire second half. Led by recent stars Under-Achiever and Under-Rated, they left nothing but piles of dust where previously Wood Snappers had been present. The sheer terror they caused was evident in the remarkably silly attempts by the Snaps to weave and dodge around the Khemri power resulting in nothing but further injuries to their already decimated ranks.

With victory in hand, the Meat Pies left to meet up with their newest recruit, Under-Utilized, who is fresh out of Morgue University. As a bonus, the Pies also collected a healthy sum of toothpicks from the remains of the fallen snaps which they will hang onto for their next meeting with a team that still has some flesh.”
