“*** Cult of Moon - First battle for Saarth ***

It had been a long and bloody day as the Moon Clans trekked back up into the mountains. They had succeeded in their task, defended their home and habitat, and much celebration was called for. But any celebration was muted. 2 brave clansmen had given their lives on the field today to ensure the victory. One the brave Purmina herself, the Voice of Lunaros and Blood Bowl paragon. Rakesh and Mandara now carried her battered and broken form back up into the hills. There was a large chunk missing from her arm and chest where the Slann had tried to eat her. She'd slashed his throat, but her injuries were too grave.
The all powerful Lunaros had sent a chill blizzard in the second period, and the frogs struggled to cope with the slippery surface. Praise Lunaros. The win staves off the swallowers for a moment, and returns the clans to a life of quiet meditation.

Mandara: "People of the Clans of Moon. Today has been a day of great victory, but also of great sacrifice."
Rakesh: "Indeed, for today our Voice Purmina has fallen on the field."
Mandara: "This evening her body will be burned on a pyre and the ashes scattered over the cliff edge. After this we, the priests of Lunaros, must seek seclusion."
Rakesh: "We will climb atop the highest peak of Saarth, and in half a moon's time return with the words of Lunaros to name our Voice as spake by our god."
Mandara: "In the mean time, rejoice people! We have defeated the Swallowers and driven them from our lands, for the moment. Our god is pleased, and Purmina would wish us to enjoy the victory she died for. I will take over duties captaining the team until a new Voice is found."”
