“In all 3 previous matches against Jorj the Villains have been massively outcas'd and defeated. A real hoodoo and it continued here. In the first half things had seemed to turn, but alas not for long enough.

At the start of the match the claw gifted Nurgle were slashing at Zombs but couldn't take them out. The scrum was held near the LOS. The beastman carrier was back. After a zomb ran at him he blitzed to the middle but was exposed and wrestled down by Faceless Hunter. But the ball scattered to a Nurgle warrior who caught! Shocking. The slow fella then decided to hand off to a Beastman but failed. Faceless Hunter wrestled that Beastman down too but the ball was free and the Nurgle Beast was preventing a Wight from getting back. Eventually he got free to Blitz when the Beast was knocked over but couldn't get that ball. A rotter got it but couldn't manage a pass and Faceless Hunter managed to hold it till the end of the half. A successful defence and the Mountain managed to hurt the rookie Nurgle Warrior that he had previously been too disgusted to hit..

2nd half on the los we knocked players over but couldn't hurt them. Then soon Duke Death and Bonetaker were ko'd. Worrying moments. The Mountain then started turn 3 with a QUAD SKULL! He was even injured and had to regen. Incredible from the strength 7. A double both down delayed them but they were able to smash our carrier down on the flank soon after and another zomb was ko'd. The dropped ball scattered off the pitch and into their backfield. But just 1 pace away from a ghoul's possible scoring distance! So close. The ghoul got the ball after a dodge but was taken down. The Black Wight still got the new carrier down again to keep our hope before he was hurt too and also had to regen damage. There was some difficulty in picking up the ball but our numbers were depleted and eventually a Beastman picked up and did a handoff to another to score in the last second!

A great match but a harsh one to lose so late. When will the Villains actually hit hard against these guys? The Mountain needs a real talking to after that Quad fail. Will nuffle release our curse from this fellow? No permanent damage at least. Good tussle Jorj.”
