After some early hits The Mountain cas'd a zombie. But Debutant bonetaker snaked a gfi! Yggardis was still in our half. Their superstar Wolf leapt in and pushed Yggardis back. He got away for the moment. Quickfingers regen'd a cas but the leaper got back at Yggardis. The pows avoided again but a zomb took our Ghoul down! Fortunately backup Ghoul Kraklow could retrieve the ball. Yet another leap attack was foiled. Then Yggardis had recovered, got up and blitz cas'd the Wolf! A boon indeed for the team. Kraklow then scored though couldn't quite stall as long as would have liked.
The Necros came back with a Wight carrying. But they allowed us to block him and we kept it at 1-0 half-time. Due to KOs we were also a player up for the second half. When their Wight fumbled it looked like it was our day. But before Faceless Hunter could rush forward Seal managed to quad skull a block! They advanced, and Faceless hunter managed to strip ball. Kraklow grabbed it..but tripped up! James, their Wight, had the ball again. It was down to Seal for a last chance to save the win. He dodged..but skulled. Faceless hunter was crowd surfed and the hitting turned against us. The Handsome Cowboys turned around a bad situation into a stall and creditable draw.

For 2nd game in a row gfis were costly (4 of 10 failed) and I must make more use of any bribes.
