Kraklow took a touchback. We went up a flank, as we tried to get around their strong players. It looked like an error as they tightened their defence to the side and Mayor Humdinger, the Mino, blitzed the Mountain down to get next to Kraklow. The Mountain blitz cas'd a Beastman in response but Seal skulled his -2db surf chance on the Mino! Thankfully it could only frenzy push Kraklow and so the Mountain did the surfing honours. Kraklow went back, stood up to another hit, and with some KOs of Beastmen caused he was able to escape and score near the other flank.
The next half a Beastman did a failed farming pass which ended up going too far backwards. Werdna and Roll the Bones both had to regen hits. But after both Mummies caused casualties we were able to put some pressure on with Duke Death blitzing down their carrier. They twice recovered the ball but with time ticking away they went for a desperate long pass which zombie Soda intercepted! Kraklow took a handoff and it was 2-0!”
