He's been causing a rash of injuries lately. You wouldn't expect that from a simple lineman, but then again, maybe he's developing into not so simply a lineman after all...
Most players would complain about the team doctor sitting idly by doing nothing while he's lying on the pitch in pain from a broken leg, knowing in his heart that he'll wake up every morning in pain for the rest of his life. But not Jair--he knows his place on the team, that he's not a big star raking in the huge contracts. But he now has a mission--become such a big part of the team that the coaches will HAVE to pay attention when he gets injured, even in the first half of a game.
