Despite being diagnosed with the terminal wasting diease "slippy fingers", Darius has made a decent, if somewhat erratic, start to his bloodbowl career.
His passing has improved, although there is some concern amongst the Druchii medical team that the "slippy fingers" may have spread to other members of the playing staff.
Indeed, with teammate 'John the injured', the disease seems to have mutated into the new, but equally destructive, "slippy feet".

The thrower fights on, but he is under no illusions. It can now only be a matter of time before he is replaced.
