Since his predecessors in this position seemed to die at an alarming rate, it took a visit from Stan and Nails to encourage Ku Kana to join the team. After only 12 games it became apparent that his body could not cope with the demands of Blood Bowl at the highest level and he started to lose his coordination, forcing Coach Chainsaw to retire him. Nails tells me Ku's daughters were returned unharmed and pregnant now that he has spent his time in the side.

He threw much more accurately than any Chainsaw thrower had done previously, boosting a side that had struggled to score prior to his arrival. Initially the rest of the team were so dire at catching that his talent often went to waste. Still, he became part of some spectacular Chainsaw plays, including the one of the greatest plays in Chainsaw history. He went on to form an effective partnership with the agile blitzer Razor and subsequently followed up with another of the great Chainsaw plays in their largest ever victory.
