Thousands of teenagers with only rudimentary knowledge of stuff like social skills or.. uhm.. english had the option to become rulers (or rather "rul0rz!") of the pitch using the menu option usually reserved for purchasing their AWP or their flashbang. Of course, with their uncanny knack for cheesy exploits (they were playing CamperStrike after all), they chose they most evil of all races to dominate the lower TR regions: Count abusing low FF mass DP Undead Match 1: A blazing success. Immediatelly aquired a DP. Skill rul0rz. Match 2: Wtf? Uber IMBA dorfs beat the crap out of us. Mass cas/KO, DP gets ejected and mass fail on the blocks. Match 3: OMG! The same shit happens the same guy for the second time! IN A ROW!!1!1!!one!! Clearly the RNG has been hacked by those damn cheating dorfs. 58 blocks, not a single KO or casualty, but 12 failed blocks. Oh.. and of course the whole match only 2 3+ rolls out of about 10 tries actually works. Match 4: Started out like the rest - with a turnover on the LoS opening blocks. At least we got our foul in first after the first set of skulls and could cover the ball before the second set of skulls. Though the team seemed to get a grip when Teh silent Hunta lucked the opponents AG4 beast off the pitch. Though Efil_Girl continued her fail-spree, the new addition - Shadow_Rul0r - managed to pickup and score. He scored nearly twice this match, but he got taken down repeatedly after he had picked up the ball on defense. Match 5: The dwarven weakness strikes again - this time against CD. Can touch them with mummy blocks or DP fouls and AV8 is nothing against unaugmented blocks with masses of stuns/KO. Managed to scored but then the hacked RNG pwns us massively and we have no chance to defend us when they succeed every roll. Match 6: Chaos this time. First turn we are down by 2. By turn 4 less than half the team can act, by turn 6 we are have only 5 players left and are completely surrounded. Our blocks result in pushes and we knock down maybe 5 times first half. Only ray of light is a cas caused, when they choose bothdown on a blockless beastman. Second half we can score and have a shot at the win, but opponent manages his blitz on the ball so we draw. Match 7: Everything started as usual. We lined up, BLITZ! against us, second block doubleskulls, so we dodge with a blodge ghoul for a blitz - snake - skaven score in their first turn. But then things changed. We actually started denting those skaven dwindling down their numbers. First foul gave us a new zombie, KO stayed that way and we scored quickly. Rats attacked, we pressure them and remove another player, they pull out a string of dice and score, 4 turns to go, we bash down a side, when the game breaker happened: Rats tried a -2d blitz on the ball, but only push. The gutter follows up to place a tacklezone on the ghoul, just to bring him and his fellow gutter into a position to be crowded and both get badly hurt! We walk in the score. 2-2, the rats recieve and we again out pressure on the 7 remaining rats. A failed throw sends the ball flying and the intended reciever into the crowd. We secure the ball and cruise upfield for the 3-2. So... minor Lightweight is starting and those guys are in. Let's see if a 'clan war' can get them to play reasonably. |
