NORSCAN PENINSULA BUCCANEERS NPU or Norscan Peninsula University is the best of a bad lot. Being the greatest university in the Peninsula is not a great accomplishment. Nevertheless, the Buccaneers are a well supported team best known outside the Peninsula for their dominant season where they went undefeated to win the championship. That team earned the nickname as “the Great Northern Raiders” smashing records on their way to the perfect season. The Buccaneers have never been able to recapture this success but there is great hope in the North.
