Courage. Strength. Skill. Toughness. Performance under pressure. Qualities that constitute a legend in this magnificent game. When you think of these qualities, one name comes to mind. That name is not Dumphrey K. Bewildered. This man finds himself by the pitch, coaching this team of castoffs and rejects; by themselves, merely bad. Yet even a team of unspectacularly substandard players can reach previously unheard-of, dizzying heights of ineptitude when led by a man who, quite literally, does not know his ass from the end zone. (We would elaborate, but are restrained from doing so until after the unsettling "Touchdown Celebration" scandal has been resolved.) Thanks to mounting debts and his standard lack of judgment, "The Dumph" has entered his team into the Blood Bowl arena, in search of fortune and glory. Though he faces staggering odds (such as "teams with talent" and "coaches with brains"), Bewildered enters the season with staunch faith in his team. It ought to be good for a laugh, anyway. |
