Today the Dead Boys played their semi final match in the OBBA cup and it was a sad day indeed. Dead met Dead on the field so it was obvious the CAS advantage was going to play a huge role.

After choosing to receive and suffering a blitz into the bargain things just simply didnt unravel well for the Dead Boys.

Borgens Larsonal simply out classed every step of the way. With the Dead Boys standard "moments of amazing play" being totally counter balanced by moments of lunacy and stupidity they crashed and burned from the cup with one of the teams Mummies picking up a niggle after a great block from Borgen.

The match highlighted to the Count that no matter how hard you hit and no matter how many zombies have mighty blow... it is all worth nothing if your opponent has a few guards.

Both sides played in good form socially with the score perhaps not indicative of how close the game was at points. Borgen did a great job with his positioning which allowed him some unstoppable breaks for the end zone.

I look forward now to the new season and desperately hoping that I do not have to slice too much from the team to hit the TR cap! Bad Times!
