Couldn't care less about rage. If you rage well... imagine having to listen to raging/complaints/both almost daily. We often don't have the free time to assuage broken pride or spend 5 replies being polite. It'd be nice if we could but we can't. Some people also find fairness as rude, which is funny.

All I know is if your rude, I block you.
If your breaking my interpretation of the rules, I'll ask ask advice of the other admins and then block you.
Every time you continue the behavior I block you again at twice the price each time.
If your being a dingle-berry and naming your teams or players in a way that horrendously violates naming conventions... Well THATS fun (for me). Just be prepared.

I like to think my way has improved the overall atmosphere of the site in it's own... way. A few coaches I had seen issues with before are now coaches that any site would be happy to have.
