Who says Wood Elves can't bash?
It just takes lots of kicking those who are down, an extra-strong Treeman and willpower (luck).
The latest game for Wood Elf side Blackbox Legend was against some cold-blooded Lizardmen coached by by apparent Nemesis Timlagor... and boy, did they eat the dirt.
5/3/0 in casualties says it all, and the single Wood Elf who will be missing the next game wasn't hit by a Saurus fist... no, he fell over trying to storm the last Saurus, who (being alone on the pitch with the Kroq) had actually managed to pick up the ball.
The lesson? Don't ever take anything for granted in a Blood Bowl match - especially against Wood Elves...

Well done Raasted. Don't listen to anyone to any criticism from anybody that hasn't got the guts to put a wood elf team in the box. Especially someone with only two teams... Khemri and ogres! ;)

Not starting an argument on a blog. I just felt that criticizing someones personal achievement on there own blog is the sort of thing that anonymity encourages. You may not feel it was much of an achievement, but was it necessary to rain on someones parade?
I did have a wink at the end of my comment to suggest irony.
Playing as woodies in the box is something that should be encouraged and lauded. So i say yet again, 'Well Done Raasted, don't let them get you down!'

Oh really, I took your wink as a symbol for ridicule. It's funny how you can interpret things wrong on the internet. As you did with my comment too. All I said was that I wouldn't define fouling as bashing. Raasted might very well be celebrated for inflicting a lot of cas or winning or whatever, my comment was not meant to rain on his parade, I just don't see fouling players as bashing. Bashing for me is scoring cas on a blocking game.
