This match was completely different from the first one (of course); although I lost, I do feel that with a bit more experience playing BB and playing Slann's (unless they get nuked) particular game mechanics I could have at least drawn the game, especially in the second half. One thing's for sure to me: to become a good slann player you need to first learn how to manage leap and rerolls, then you need to accept that regardless of experience, Slann are a one trick pony, there's no real variety in their game as opposed to other races, so if you start failing jumps and leaps, you've very little chance to win.
Anyway, I felt the lack of a Strip Ball player. Leaping into a block/guard-heavy cage for a blitz with a block piece is very hard, but a strip baller would have definitely made getting the ball out easier for the catchers to dive and catch it. Also, in games where the ST difference is equal or not too high I feel that an extra catcher would have been better than the krox.
I understand that I could've used him better to pin the bull centaurs (the real MVP's in this match) but I feel that with a bit more speed I would've avoided the BC's entirely by running around them
Again, this is just a ramble for me to remember and read my thoughts on the various races I try, so it's not meant to be seriously discussed. If you have any tips though, I'm here :)
