Vamps are good, you just have to concentrate when you play with them, thats the real tricky part. lol

I started a league with some RL friends who are of the "play TT a few times every couple years" variety of players. I use vamps to level the playing field a bit. In a closed environment with players of disparate skill levels, that seems to be an appropriate use of vamps.

Not knowing what this bug is, I hope I don't stumble across it in league play...

FYI, here's the bug:

Vampire attempts pass to Thrall he's just bitten and knocked out -- Game freezes, will not reload.

I submitted a new bug report.

Since lizvis named and shamed me (as easilyamused points out), I feel compelled to defend myself. I am not an experienced vampire coach. I did not intentionally exploit the bug.

Sorry for the result. Rematch anytime!

i did not name and shame you, you did that. your name is not mentioned anywhere in my blog. and you admitted that you did not read the known bugs on vamps BEFORE playing with vamps.

I play vampires, and I don't read the bugs. I assume of course they're being dealt with in the new client versions.

I play vamps regularly and have no idea what the 'known bugs' are. I don't exploit bugs so it's never come up really. The only bug that seems to bite me is the 'frenzy vamp fails a ofab, blocks a target, goes to bite a thrall, and blocks him too' bug.

Good for laughs but doesn't seem to crash the game :)
